In the first month, we expect you to understand the service or process. Learn about risk associated with service and deeper understanding of workflow by the end of second month of joining and within three months we would want you to become a process expert with knowledge on at least one of the Lines of Business.
Our team is new but growing at fast pace and most of our colleagues have an average experience of 4 years. We are one big family who takes pride in exceeding end customer expectations with focus on insurance and business knowledge.

What you need to have:
Essential:
Graduate in any field
>1 year of experience of Associate
Flexible to work in any shifts as per business requirement
Excellent command on written and oral communication
