- Make specifications for new equipment.
- Prepare RFQ
- Meeting with Stakeholders(Factory Team) & get the Process Approval
- Coordinate & Validate the Design
- Hardware Design for Conveyor, Jig & Robot (AUTOCAD) Control Panel, Wiring Application Drawing
- Software Design for Conveyor, Jig & Robot (SIEMENS PLC)
- Develop Program Interface to communicate with Filling Machines, AGV, Poke Yoke Systems, etc
- Installation & Commissioning
- Buy OFF
- Preparation of Operational Manuals
- Provide Training to Maintenance & Production
- Exposure to Automotive Industry TCF Line
- Strong & Clear Understanding of TCF Process Flow & Equipment
- Hands on Experience in Painted Body Storage Line Design & Programming
- Hands on Experience in all types of Equipments use in TCF like Conveyor, Lifter, Filling Machines, Robots, Bench Line,etc
- Electrical Hardware Design ( AutoCAD)
- PLC& HMI Programming (Siemens)
- Knowledge of Communication Protocols (Profibus, Profinet)
- Exposure to Automation Technologies applied to TCF Line Plant Production System
- Experience in Working with Cross Cultural Team Environment
- Education- B.Tech/B.E. - Mechanical (2016-2017)
