Job Description
Designation: Associate Product Manager
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 0-1 Year
The role is responsible for product ideation stage to successful business case realization. Will have to work closely with cross-functional teams across organization as relevant to the successful delivery of the product.
Responsibilities
- Evangelize the product to internal and external audiences
- Interface with internal teams, customers and prospects to understand user needs and customer use cases
- Develop product specifications and priorities based by conducting market and customer research supported by on-going communications with customers, prospects and with internal customer-facing organizations
- Convert the requirements into detailed Product Requirements Document (PRD) and work with the outsourced tech team for its implementation
- Interface with engineering teams (both internal & external) to execute the product roadmap and to provide the input needed to guide the product development effort
- Create and analyze new features ideas, testing the ideas, translating that into the product roadmap
- Effectively work on several simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment.
Essential experience and skills:
- Familiarity with Agile development, wireframing tools, and Jira for user stories
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A combination of a doer and thinker traits
Preferred to have:
- Work experience as an associate product manager in a startup setting
