Title – Associate Recruiter / Junior Recruiter For US Market
Salary Package 15K to 20K In-hand Salary and PF.
Location – Gorakhpur, Jabalpur MP
Shift Timing – Night Shift (7 PM IST to 4 AM IST)
Pick and Drop Facility for All Female Staff till 5-8 Kms from Office Location.
Job Responsibilities:
Source and screen potential candidates for various positions/job roles coming from our clients.
Conduct initial phone interviews with candidates.
Collaborate with Account Managers and Team Leaders to understand requirements.
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate communication, and offer negotiations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
Job Brief:
The Associate Recruiter/Junior Recruiter will play a critical role in helping our client find and hire top talent.
They will work closely with Associate Managers to understand their staffing needs and will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
Detailed Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and fit for the role.
Provide regular updates to Account Managers on the status of their open positions.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Education and Other Qualification:
Final year Student, Passed out student from BE/ME/MTech/MBA/BBA with excellent knowledge about IT/Software Technologies. We don't someone with expertise in coding or testing but should know which IT Technology is used for what.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is again a plus.
