Job Description
- Job Designation: Asterisk Engineer/Developer
- Salary Range: 20,000 - 35,000 INR (Depending on the previous experience)
- Joining: Immediate
- 3+ years of experience (Asterisk Engineer/Developer)
- Good experience on Linux platform and VoIP, SIP and SS7 Concepts.
- Responsibility to manage, maintains, install and configure Asterisk/GoautoDial
- Should have Hands on experience on Dialplan writing for Complex IVR Systems.
- Creating SIP accounts and tightening the security of Asterisk Server.
- Ability to Configuring Analogue / PRI Lines with Digium / Sangoma Cards for Asterisk Servers and Integrating service providers SIP Account with asterisk as well.
- Handle day to day tasks like Dialer, Asterisk related issues, NICE recording retrievals, following up with service providers on open issues.
- Should be hands on in all day to day operational activities of maintaining the live platform , Troubleshooting of system issues, application(ASTERISK, GOAUTODIAL) issues, Generating and analyzing MIS reports, Resolving complaints.
- Experience in gathering phone and server log files and configuration data for analysis in order to determine root cause of problems and create solutions
- Good knowledge of Mysql database with database backup and restore.
- Should have the ability to Integrating Mysql and other databases with asterisk dial plan.
- Ability to work independently on challenging environment with minimal supervision.
- Responsible for the implementation, administration, and maintenance of internal IP PBX systems.
- In time delivery of task assigned. Documentation & Quality check of delivered task.
- Provide standby technical support outside office hours to handle unexpected network issues, asterisk related issue, including weekends.
