Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Statutory Audits as per regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, and other applicable laws.
- Prepare and review financial statements, tax filings, and audit reports.
- Assist in Tax Audits, GST Audits, and Transfer Pricing documentation.
- Liaise with clients, auditors, and tax authorities for compliance matters.
- Identify financial risks and process improvements.
- Stay updated on tax laws, audit standards, and regulatory changes.
Requirements:
- (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- Strong understanding of Auditing Standards, IFRS, GAAP, and Tax Laws.
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and tax filing software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
