Job Description

1. Should report for Duty 10 mins before.

2. Leave should be intimated well in advance to manager and the last minute Leave should be completely avoided.

3. Collect the Audit reports from Tapal section. Read the reports carefully and the discrepancies note in the Audit report to be noted.

4. To inform the discrepancies by letter to the concerned agents and get the reply to the discrepancy duly rectify the same and collect necessary letter and forward the same to Head office within ten days from the Audit report date.

5. Educate the Agents and their staffs to avoid discrepancies.

6. If any Indemnity bond received from Agency offices, verify them and get necessary endorsement of the Manager and rush to the concerned offices without any delay.

7. The long pending waybills kept at Agency offices to be followed and arranging for delivery duly contacting concerned customers.

8. No consignments to keep in Agency Offices more than 30 days on its arrival.

9. To ensure the notices served for the long pending waybills and Ack properly.

10. Daily / Monthly reports to be submitted without fail.
