Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Audit Executive to assess financial records, internal controls, and compliance with policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying financial risks, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
Responsible for verification of accounts of various clients. Audit Executive verification includes:
- Expenses
- Income
- payables
- receivables
- Statutory compliance
- Assets
- Loans etc.
Key Responsibilities
Internal & External Audits
- Conduct internal audits to assess financial records, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in external audits by preparing documentation and coordinating with auditors.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, tax laws, and financial regulations.
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Review financial statements, transactions, and accounting practices.
- Identify discrepancies, errors, or fraud risks and suggest corrective measures.
- Prepare audit reports with findings, insights, and recommendations.
- Assist management in decision-making by providing financial analysis.
Risk Assessment & Compliance
- Identify operational and financial risks and suggest mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to tax, legal, and corporate governance requirements.
- Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory changes.
Process Improvement & Support
- Develop and implement audit processes and best practices.
- Assist various departments in maintaining financial accuracy and control.
- Train staff on compliance requirements and internal audit procedures.
