Position: Automobile Sales Executive (Car dealership) Maruti Suzuki

Reports To: Sales Manager
Job Location: [Pallikaranai, Chennai]

Job Summary:
The Automobile Sales Executive is responsible for selling Maruti Suzuki vehicles by understanding customer needs, providing expert advice, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves achieving sales targets, maintaining a strong knowledge of Maruti Suzuki products, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers, understand their vehicle requirements, and offer appropriate Maruti Suzuki models.
- Sales Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into sales.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Maruti Suzuki vehicles, features, pricing, and promotions.
- Test Drives: Arrange and conduct test drives, highlighting the benefits and features of the vehicles.
- Documentation: Assist customers with financing, registration, and completing necessary paperwork.
- Follow-up: Maintain post-sale relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in automobile sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about automobiles and customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
