Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated B2B Field Sales Executive with a minimum of 6 months of experience in the banking or NBFC sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring and managing B2B clients, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and onboard potential B2B clients in the assigned territory.
Promote Bajaj Finance’s financial products and services tailored to client needs.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Achieve assigned sales targets through effective planning and execution.
Conduct regular field visits to meet prospective and existing clients.
Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and client data.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Eligibility Criteria:

Experience: Minimum 6 months in B2B sales within the banking or NBFC sector.
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Location: Candidate must be based in Pune or willing to relocate.
Gender: Male candidates only.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of B2B sales processes in the banking/NBFC domain.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
