Job Description: B2B Sales Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting various industries, engaging with HR departments, and promoting our UG, PG, and diploma courses. The primary goal is to encourage these industries to enroll their employees in our programs, facilitating their career advancement and adding value to the  organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
● Industry Engagement: Proactively visit various industries to establish and maintain strong relationships with HR departments and other key stakeholders.
● Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the benefits and value of our UG, PG, and diploma courses to HR professionals and decision-makers.
● Needs Assessment: Understand the specific educational needs and goals of each industry and tailor presentations to address these requirements.
● Encouragement and Motivation: Persuade HR departments to identify and encourage employees who are interested in further education to enroll in our programs.
● Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct meetings with HR representatives to discuss the potential for employee enrollment and collaboration opportunities.
● Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with prospective clients to ensure ongoing interest and address any queries or concerns.
● Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to provide relevant information and suggestions to potential clients.
● Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics as set by the Sales Manager.
● Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Additional qualifications in sales or education management are a plus.
Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the education or training industry.

Skills:
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
● Ability to understand and present complex information clearly.
● Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
● Strong organizational and time management skills.
● Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
