Job Description
Looking out for Babysitter to visit parent's place & take care of the little ones for 8/9 hours. Recruiting for Mumbai & Pune locations
Key Responsibilities:
1. Child Supervision and Safety:

Supervise children at all times to ensure their safety and well-being.

Monitor children's activities and behavior to prevent accidents or harm.

Follow any specific safety protocols provided by the family or applicable regulations.
2. Basic Childcare Tasks:

Feed children according to the parents’ instructions, including preparing simple meals or snacks.

Change diapers for infants or toddlers and assist with toilet training as needed.

Bathe and dress children, ensuring hygiene and cleanliness.

Help children with homework or school-related tasks when applicable.
3. Engagement and Activities:

Plan and participate in age-appropriate games, arts and crafts, and other educational or recreational activities.

Read books, sing songs, or play music to stimulate mental and emotional development.

Limit screen time based on parental guidelines and encourage active or creative play.
4. Communication with Parents:
-
Keep parents informed of their child’s activities, mood, meals, and any notable incidents during their absence.

Follow all instructions provided by the parents, including routines, rules, and medical guidelines.

Alert parents in case of illness, injury, or emergency.
5. Light Housekeeping (related to the child):
-
Clean up after meals, toys, and play areas.

Wash or fold children's laundry as requested.

Maintain a tidy and organized child’s environment.
6. Emergency Handling:
-
Stay calm and act quickly in case of emergencies (e.g., minor injuries, choking, or illness).
-
Know how to contact emergency services and the parents when necessary.
-
Be familiar with basic first aid procedures and child CPR (if certified).
