Job Overview
A Back End Executive is responsible for handling administrative, documentation, and operational support tasks in a gold testing laboratory. They ensure smooth daily operations by managing records, assisting in compliance processes, and coordinating with the front office and technical staff.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative & Documentation Support
- Maintain records of gold purity tests, weight measurements, and assay reports.
- Ensure proper documentation of transactions, test results, and client details.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and laboratory reports.
- Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
2. Coordination & Communication
- Act as a liaison between lab technicians, customers, and management.
- Coordinate with external agencies for compliance checks and certifications.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries related to lab services.
3. Compliance & Quality Control Assistance
- Ensure lab procedures comply with industry standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Help in maintaining audit records and legal documentation for gold testing.
- Assist in inventory management of lab materials, tools, and testing equipment.
4. Data Entry & Reporting
- Accurately input data related to gold assay results, stock levels, and transactions.
- Generate reports for internal use, regulatory submissions, and customer requests.
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for lab documents.
