Job Description

We seek a motivated Back-End Office Support professional to join our dynamic team.

Job Title: Back-End Office Support - Work From Home

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

Respond to client inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
Assist with marketing tasks, including email campaigns and social media management.
Maintain client records and provide administrative support.
Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent service delivery.

Requirements:

Recent graduates from 2024 preferred; no prior experience required (training will be provided).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Fluency in Malayalam and English.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Must have own computer or laptop, a dedicated phone, and home WiFi.
Ability to work the night shift from 10 PM to 6 AM Canadian EST.
Marketing knowledge is a plus.
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
