Job Description

Compare data with the source documents, apart from re-entering data in the verification format, in order to detect errors.
Compile, sort as well as verify the accuracy of the data before entry is done.
Maintain the logbooks of activities along with completed work.
Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking the output.

Required Skills:

Experience with MS Office and data programs
Typing speed and accuracy
Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Back Office Assistant to handle administrative tasks, maintain records, and support daily office operations. The ideal candidate should have good organizational skills, knowledge of MS Office, and the ability to manage data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Data Entry & Record Keeping – Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and digital records.
✅ Documentation & Filing – Handle paperwork, invoices, bills, and internal reports.
✅ Email & Communication Handling – Respond to emails, calls, and inquiries professionally.
✅ Support to Front Office & Other Departments – Assist teams with documentation, scheduling, and coordination.
✅ Inventory & Office Supplies Management – Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of necessary materials.
✅ Maintaining Confidentiality – Ensure sensitive company data is handled securely.
✅ Basic Accounting & Financial Support – Assist in handling invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments (if required).
