Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage and organize company documents and records.

Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy.

Assist in preparing reports and presentations.

Coordinate with other departments to support administrative needs.

Handle correspondence and communication with vendors and clients.

Maintain inventory of office supplies and reorder as necessary.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.

Previous experience in a back-office or administrative role preferred.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
