Responsibilities:
Handle Admin Work
Do Follow-ups as the given work
Monitor the Office work properly
Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
Should be multi-tasking
Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting
Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute office supplies as necessary
Retrieve documents and files when requested
Handling incoming calls and other communications.
Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
Coordinating events as necessary.
