Job Description

Need a back office assistant with knowledge of Excel and word. Multi tasker. We need a fresher even candidates who are going to college can apply. This is a ecommerce firm so knowledge of e commerce website is important. Additional knowledge of tally will be helpful. Payment reconciliation is a must. We need smart dedicated individuals to work with us.

Responsibilities:

Manage and organize files, documents, and records

Coordinate and communicate with different departments and stakeholders

Prepare reports, presentations, and other business correspondences

Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments

Provide administrative support to the team as needed
