Job Description

MALE ONLY. ONLY applicant who stays in Kharghar should apply. Back office related work, computer related, occasional site visit, work from home. It is part time job for 3 hours a day for 3 days and Saturday, Sunday full day job.

Responsibilities:

Manage and organize files, documents, and records

Coordinate and communicate with different departments and stakeholders

Prepare reports, presentations, and other business correspondences

Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments

Provide administrative support to the team as needed

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of important information

Skills:

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
