Job Description

SMART FEMALE AGE BETWEEN 26 to 35 yrs Having excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Filling of GST returns and making payment follow ups through Email. Maintaining Daily Cash Book and other data entries. Work timing 10 am to 6.30 pm from Monday to Saturday.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Back Office Assistant with strong MS Excel skills, experience in GST return filing, and the ability to manage payment follow-ups via email. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and efficient in maintaining financial records and handling daily data entry tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

MS Excel Operations – Manage spreadsheets, analyze data, and prepare reports.
GST Return Filing – Assist in preparing and submitting GST returns and ensuring compliance.
Payment Follow-ups – Send email reminders to clients for pending payments and maintain records.
Daily Cash Book Maintenance – Track daily financial transactions and update cash flow records.
Data Entry & Record Keeping – Maintain organized documentation for accounts, invoices, and other business transactions.
Coordination with Accounts Team – Work closely with accountants to ensure smooth financial operations.
Email & Documentation Management – Draft professional emails, manage official correspondence, and update records.
