Job Description
Proficient in basic computing including MS Word and MS Excel.
Good English communication skills.
Should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Should be able to coordinate with the vendors and suppliers for supply and stock.
Inward and outward stock maintenance.
Compile petty cash statements.
Prepare invoices for day-to-day transactions.
Maintain day-to-day book of accounts.
Any other back office work that must be performed for the organization.
Manage and organize files, documents, and records
Coordinate and communicate with different departments and stakeholders
Prepare reports, presentations, and other business correspondences
Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments
Provide administrative support to the team as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of important information
