Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

1. *Customer Calling*: Regularly call customers to provide information about DSA office products or services.

2. *Product/Service Information*: Provide detailed information to customers about DSA office products or services, including features, benefits, and pricing.

3. *Customer Issue Resolution*: Resolve customer complaints or concerns and work to satisfy them.

4. *Lead Generation*: Identify new customers and work to interest them in DSA office products or services.

5. *Data Entry*: Enter and update customer information in data entry software.

Secondary Responsibilities:

1. *Reporting*: Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and provide information to team leaders about performance.

2. *Team Collaboration*: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve team goals.

3. *Product Knowledge*: Stay updated about DSA office products or services and attend training sessions to improve knowledge.

4. *Customer Feedback*: Listen to customer feedback and work to improve performance accordingly.

Essential Skills:
