Qualification : Any Degree with System Knowledge
Ag Limit : 35yrs

Communication: Answering phones, responding to emails, and communicating with clients and colleagues
Scheduling: Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel reservations
Record keeping: Maintaining files, records, and reports
Inventory: Keeping track of office supplies and ordering new items
Mail: Opening, sorting, and sending mail, including bills, letters, and packages
Document preparation: Creating reports, memos, and other documents
Data entry: Entering data for marketing, compliance, and other purposes
Office organization: Maintaining and organizing common office areas, including supply areas
Event planning: Planning and coordinating office events
Customer service: Greeting clients, new staff, and prospective employees
Maintenance: Performing housekeeping duties or maintenance
Security: Fulfilling a security role
