Job Description
- English language proficiency is a mandatory
- Responsible to handle calls on the leads generated.
- Regular follow-ups with potential clients
- Responsible for converting telephonic Enquiries into admissions.
- Responsible to complete the day to day task by following the reporting head's command.
- Strong written communication skills and experience in international voice process would be essential assets.
- Preferably Female
- Handle data entry and update records accurately.
- Manage office documentation and filing systems.
- Coordinate with the front office team to streamline administrative functions.
- Prepare regular reports and summaries as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Support in scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings.
- Assist in inventory management and procurement processes.
