Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team and support our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process travel bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
- Handle documentation and ensure accurate data entry for all transactions.
- Assist with the preparation and management of travel itineraries.
- Coordinate with travel agents, hotels, and other partners to confirm arrangements.
- Maintain and update customer information in our database.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Support the finance team with invoice generation and reconciliation.
- Prepare reports and assist in administrative tasks as required.
- Updating and maintaining databases with accurate and relevant information
