Job Description

Need candidates with good communications, with basic system knowledge, office timings 10.00am to 6.00pm.

Responsibilities:

Data entry and management using company software.

Processing and verifying transaction documents.

Coordinating with front office teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Maintaining accurate records and files.

Preparing regular reports and assisting with the audits.

Managing communication with vendors and service providers.

Assisting in the implementation of new processes and procedures.

Skills:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
