Job Description

Responsibilities of candidates include:

• Valuation report drafting

• Other office work related to the business

• Knowledge of computer, good typing speed (30 WPM), and good English communication is a must. Good in Mathematics. Personal Bike. Able to understand English.

Other Responsibilities:

Perform data entry and update records accurately.

Handle documentation and file management.

Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Maintain office supplies and inventory control.

Prepare reports and presentations as required.

Assist in organizing company events and meetings.

Support the front office team with administrative tasks.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Skills:

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
