Job Description

Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.

Diligent follow-ups with leads supported by subsequent email communications.

Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

Preparing Quotations As Per Client’s Requirements.

Follow Up With Client For Payment and Order.

Find And Maintain Prospective Clients

Promoting product through E-mail & What’s app marketing.

Handle order-related inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Assist customers with order inquiries, product information, and general support requests.

Collaborate with the customer support team to address customer concerns and provide solutions.

Min 2 Year Experience in Field or Back office Sales.

Education: Any Graduate / Preferred Technical Background.

Computer Skills: MS office

Soft Skills: Good Business Communication, Convincing, Problem Solving skills, Client Engagement
