Position Overview:

We are seeking a Back Sales Executive - B2G/Business-to-Government Sector with experience in the B2G sector to support our sales team and assist in managing government contracts and projects. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of government procurement processes, regulations, and compliance requirements related to the building material industry. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the B2G sales team in managing government contracts and projects.

  • Assist in preparing and submitting bids, proposals, and quotations for government tenders.

  • Coordinate with internal departments, including procurement, logistics, and finance, to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of government procurement processes, regulations, and compliance requirements related to the building material industry.

  • Monitor and track government projects, contracts, and deadlines to ensure timely execution and delivery.

  • Assist in resolving any issues or concerns related to government contracts, orders, or deliveries.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to B2G sales activities.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share in the B2G sector.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • 2-3 years of experience in back sales or sales support, preferably in the B2G sector within the building material industry.

  • Good understanding of government procurement processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
