Job Description

Backend Java Developer Skills

Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithm, OOPS, multithreading, design patterns, good problem solving skills

Should have excellent programming and debugging skills in Java

Good to have profound insights into Java (performance aspect) and Java/JEE internals (Class loading, Memory management)

Should be familiar with version control tools like GIT, CVS

Should have:

Strong Knowledge of good SDLC principles, Design pattern

Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, Multithreading, problem solving, Programming Skills

Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs

Good analytical & communication skills

Must be a team player
