Job Description
• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management Or Any Degree .
· Good Communication Skills / Customer Centric / Team Player / Great Attitude
• Shift Time: 9 Hours Duty ( Morning / Mid / Closing)
• Work Experience: Fresher Or 2 Years’ experience in QSR ( KFC,CCD, McCafe, StarBucks )
• Salary : 13,000 – 17,000 + OT + PF + ESI + Food Allowance.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and other beverages to customers
Take customer orders and process payments
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and seating area
Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
Engage with customers, sharing product knowledge, and ensuring a pleasant experience
Calibrate coffee equipment to guarantee optimal performance
Work efficiently as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction
