Swiss Cafe Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. If you’re passionate about coffee, enjoy interacting with customers, and want to be part of a friendly and dynamic team, we’d love to hear from you! As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming cafe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items.
Operate espresso machines and other equipment safely and efficiently.
Engage with customers, take orders, and provide product recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth cafe operations.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Barista or in the food & beverage industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility with working hours (shifts may vary).
Basic knowledge of coffee brewing and food handling is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

Part-Time: ₹9,000 - ₹10,000 per month for 6 hours per day, flexible shift.
Full-Time: ₹13,000 - ₹20,000 per month for 9 hours per day.
