Job Description – Beauty Advisor
Engagement Type: Full-Time/Permanent
Salary: ₹21,100/- per month (Inclusive of incentives & overtime allowances)
Positions: 2 Female Candidates
Role Overview:
As a Beauty Advisor, you will be the face of the company, offering expert beauty advice and assisting customers in selecting the right products. Your role is crucial in creating a delightful shopping experience while driving sales and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, personalized service.
Build strong relationships with customers to understand their preferences and needs.
Provide expert product recommendations and demonstrations to promote sales.
Assist customers in finding the right products.
Stay up to date on the latest beauty trends, product launches, and promotions
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including product displays and tester stations.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Candidate Requirements:
Proficiency in English and Hindi (Telugu is a plus).
Must be Hyderabad-based or willing to relocate.
Flexible work hours, including late logouts (post 10 PM) and travel within Hyderabad.
Preferred: Candidates with beauty industry experience, sales, or customer relationship skills. Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.
Work Schedule: 6-day workweek with rotational shifts and weekly offs.
