Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) invites applications for the position of Part-Time Medical Consultant
BHEL, Heavy Power Equipment Plant, Ramachandrapuram, Hyderabad invites applications from Medical Professionals meeting the required specifications to engage them as Part-Time Medical Consultants (PTMC- MBBS/Specialists) for the positions mentioned below:-
a) PTMC Specialist (Pediatrician): MD / DNB / PG Diploma in Child Health
b) PTMC Specialist (Ophthalmologist): MD / DNB/PG Diploma in Ophthalmology
c) PTMC Specialist (Gynecologist): MD / DNB/D.G.O
d) PTMC - MBBS: MBBS with one year experience (post-internship)
4. Tenure: The engagement is purely on a temporary basis for a period of One Year and payable on an hourly basis. Subsequent renewals will be limited to a period of a maximum of 3 years, subject to satisfactory performance and at the discretion of Management. There will be a notice period of one month, on either side, for discontinuing the part-time engagement.
5. Remuneration: Emoluments per hour (Rs.) In case of engagement for more than 02 hours but less than 06 hours per day
a) MD/DNB 660/-
b) PG Diploma 570/-
c) MBBS with one year experience 440/-
d) Call duty charges as per Company Rules-Based upon the number of attended call duty hours (limited to Rs. 15000/- per month) to PTMC Specialist (Pediatrician) and PTMC Specialist (Gynecologist)
6. Conveyance Charges:
a) In the case of local travel, (up to 30 KMs one-way), conveyance charges may be given on an actual basis, with the upper ceiling of Rs. 4500/- per month and beyond 30 KMs one-way, with an upper ceiling of Rs.6000/- per month on case to case basis.
b) Payment towards Remuneration and Conveyance will be against submission of the invoice as an independent professional for rendering the services.
Age Limit:
The Upper Age limit is 65 years (as of 01/06/2022), relaxable up to 70 years.
