Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Manager to lead and manage the bid process for government projects in our IT service-based company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing bid strategies, managing the bid preparation process, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and overseeing proposal development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute bid strategies for government contracts.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to prepare and submit bids.

• Ensure compliance with government procurement regulations and requirements.

• Lead proposal writing efforts, including technical and financial documentation.

• Engage with government stakeholders to gather information and address concerns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• Proven experience in bid management, especially for government projects.

• Strong understanding of government procurement regulations and compliance.

• Excellent proposal writing, communication, and project management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
