Bike technician required, preferred Royal Enfield Bikes.

Responsibilities:

Perform inspections and diagnose mechanical issues with bikes

Repair and replace faulty parts to ensure proper functioning

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting bike components

Assemble new bikes and ensure they meet quality standards

Assist customers with bike selection, customization, and repairs

Keep track of inventory and order necessary parts and supplies

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns

Stay updated with the latest bike models, technologies, and repair techniques

Skills:

Proven experience as a professional Bike Mechanic

In-depth knowledge of bike mechanics and repair techniques

Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues

Proficient in using bike repair tools and equipment

Knowledge of multibrand bike models and components

Valid driving license to test ride and ensure bike performance

Previous experience working in a similar role at an automotive company is preferred

Quality control skills to ensure bikes meet safety standards

Ability to manage and prioritize tasks as a floor manager
