Billing and Inventory Management Specialist
Job Description
Navin Enterprises, located in the heart of Kashmiri Gate, is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing and Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate billing and efficient inventory management. You will play a key part in maintaining smooth operations by managing stock and billing data effectively. This position requires a candidate who is willing to relocate and commit to a full-time schedule from Monday to Saturday.
Key Responsibilities:
Billing:
- Generate and send accurate invoices to customers on time.
- Review and verify billing details to ensure correctness.
- Address any billing issues or customer queries promptly.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all billing transactions.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure stock accuracy.
- Perform regular inventory audits and stock counts.
- Reorder stock as necessary to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely stock replenishment.
Add/Minus Inventory:
- Accurately add new inventory items to the system.
- Update inventory records when stock is sold, used, or returned.
- Resolve any inventory discrepancies between physical stock and records.
Key Qualifications:
- Previous experience in billing and inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with inventory management software, billing systems, and Excel or similar tools.
- Excellent communication skills for internal coordination and customer interaction.
- Ability to resolve discrepancies and manage data efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in relevant fields are a plus.
Important Note:
This role requires candidates who are willing to relocate to the Kashmiri Gate area. Please apply only if you are able to make this relocation.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Saturday, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
