Job Description

We are looking for a Billing Specialist to perform daily accounting tasks. Billing Specialist responsibilities include managing Payables and reimbursements, entering financial transactions, creating invoices, and collection. Ultimately, you will help our Accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.

Duties:

Billing & Invoicing
Payables Management
Bank Reconciliation
Petty Cash Management
Debit Note/Credit Note
Import/Export Documentation
Customer Correspondence
Banking Correspondence
Foreign Remittance & Interest Calculation
Accounts Finalization

Responsibilities:

Review and verify invoices for accuracy

Maintain customer billing records

Resolve billing discrepancies and issues

Coordinate with different departments to gather necessary billing information

Prepare and distribute customer invoices

Process payment transactions and reconcile accounts

Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing matters

Assist in month-end closing activities

Generate financial reports related to billing
