Job Description
For Biomass Briquettes and Pellet plant
Understanding of different technical parameters of Biomass raw material like moisture, GCV, Ash content, dust etc.
Knowledge of working with Bomb caloriemeter, Moisture analyzer, Muffle furnace for Biomass material testing
Test and maintain record of quality of incoming raw material
Having experience of coal testing for Boiler operation
Ensure timely calibration and proper functioning of all laboratory equipment.
Calibrate liquid flow devices or meters, including those for fuel, chemicals, and water.
Measure and monitor raw biomass feedstock and assess its quality.
Conduct fuel and ash analysis according to SOPs and maintain proper records.
Oversee and manage boiler water chemistry, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
