Job Description
Key Responsibilities

BOQ Preparation: Develop detailed Bills of Quantities based on project drawings and specifications.

Cost Estimation: Calculate project costs, including materials, labor, and overheads.

Material Take-Offs: Extract quantities from architectural and engineering drawings for procurement planning.

Vendor Coordination: Work with suppliers and contractors to obtain quotations and pricing information.

Project Budgeting: Assist in preparing budget forecasts and cost control reports.

Tendering & Bidding Support: Provide cost inputs for tender submissions and contract negotiations.

Compliance & Standards: Ensure estimates align with industry standards, project requirements, and legal regulations.

Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams for seamless execution.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software (Candy, CostX, Primavera, etc.).
Strong understanding of construction materials, pricing, and project specifications.
Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
