Job Description

Check identification to ensure guests meet the age and dress code requirements.

Deny entry to intoxicated, aggressive, or uninvited individuals.

Conduct bag checks and pat-downs if required by venue policy.

Monitor the crowd to prevent fights, disturbances, and unsafe behavior.

Ensure maximum capacity limits are not exceeded.

Escort individuals safely out of the venue when necessary.

De-escalate tense situations using verbal communication and non-violent techniques.

Physically intervene only when required to remove aggressive or dangerous individuals.

Assist law enforcement if police presence is needed.

Respond quickly to medical emergencies, fights, or fire alarms.

Coordinate with staff and emergency services if needed.

Help with evacuations during emergencies.

Monitor security cameras and report suspicious activities.
