Establish networking with professionals and experts through participation in fashion events, shows, ramp walks and so on

Overseeing hiring, training, and orientation of staff members

Keeping a tab on customers’ preferences, demands, and socio-cultural preferences to introduce new trends, apparel and merchandise

Establishing cordial working relationships with experts to seek guidance

Developing marketing plans and key strategies; advertising and social media campaigns for maximum reach and visibility
