Job Overview
We are looking for a BPO Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information via phone, email, or chat. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused attitude. This role requires handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and quality metrics
Requirements:
- 12th pass and above

- Fluency in English and one of the following languages: Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, or Telugu
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Flexibility to work in general and rotational shifts (9:30 am - 6:30 pm and 10:00 am - 7:00 pm)
