Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional BPO Executive / Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support, handling various business processes, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. As a BPO Executive / Customer Service Representative, you will work in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for responding to inquiries, solving customer issues, and supporting the business in its day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats in a professional and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate information about products/services to customers.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to resolve customer issues.
- Update customer information in the system accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless service to customers.
- Manage and process customer orders, requests, and queries.
- Provide after-sales support and assist with troubleshooting and product/service issues.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets, including response times, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports on customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team or management.
- Adhere to company policies and compliance regulations to ensure quality service.
- Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and company processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Good time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computers, including knowledge of CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Customer-centric attitude with a strong focus on service excellence.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Basic knowledge of business operations and customer service principles.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or a related BPO role (preferred but not required).
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Additional certification or training in customer service or BPO operations is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a BPO industry.
- Knowledge of multiple languages (for international BPO roles).
- Familiarity with specific industry-related tools or software.
- Any additional Languages - Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi, English, Gujrati,
Work Environment:
- Full-time position.
- Shift work may be required depending on the role.
- Can include weekend and holiday shifts, especially for 24/7 support centers.
- Office-based or remote work options depending on the company’s requirements.
