Position Overview:
We are looking for BPO Executive- Domestic/International Process to handle customer interactions via phone, email, or chat. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer service experience. This role involves handling customer queries, providing support, and ensuring a smooth service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction & Support:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, or chat support.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and requests professionally.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customers.
2. Process Adherence & Documentation:
- Maintain records of interactions and follow company protocols.
- Update customer data in CRM systems.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance policies.
3. Problem Resolution & Escalation:
- Identify customer issues and provide quick resolutions.
- Escalate complex problems to team leads or higher management when necessary.
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Sales & Upselling (If Applicable):
- Promote and upsell company products or services as needed.
- Meet sales targets and performance metrics.
