Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls: Contact potential customers to promote products or services
Manage incoming calls: Answer customer questions and resolve issues
Build relationships: Develop rapport with customers and maintain positive relationships
Provide information: Educate customers about products and services, including features, pricing, and benefits
Follow up: Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling
Maintain records: Document customer interactions in a database, including queries, responses, and complaints

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a BPO or call center environment is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle stressful situations and difficult customers
Strong problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work in shifts
