Job Description
The role involves handling customer service and support calls for international clients in English. You will be addressing queries, troubleshooting issues, and providing information on products or services over the phone.
What qualifications are required?
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A minimum qualification of 12th standard or any undergraduate degree.
- Neutral accent and excellent communication skills are required.
- Prior experience in international voice support is a plus but not mandatory.
