Job Description
- Experience: 0-3 years experience in any multinational BPO / KPO's voice and non-voice processes.
- Good communication and email drafting skills
- Self-driven, good at follow ups
- Efficient in MS office – needed as the individual will be involved in maintaining huge amount of data and coordination will be with all the support functions
- Quite analytical in terms of show casing the value add out of the work been performed. For ex: calculating % in terms of success rate for tasks performed
- Responds to client inquiries in a timely manner with an increase in client satisfaction
- Maintain regular contact with the client vendors
- Flexible in shifts (Rotational)
- Basic understanding of the lifecycle management of the invoices
- Would require coordination with clients and vendors on daily basis
