Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction & Communication
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to sell products/services or gather information.
- Handle inbound customer queries, complaints, and support requests in a professional manner.
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers clearly and persuasively.
- Maintain a polite and friendly tone during all customer interactions.
Sales & Lead Generation (If Applicable)
- Identify potential leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales or customer service targets.
- Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
Data Entry & Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Update CRM software or databases with customer details and call outcomes.
- Prepare reports on call volume, sales conversions, and customer concerns.
Problem Resolution & Escalation
- Address customer concerns efficiently and provide appropriate solutions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the team leader or supervisor for further assistance.
- Ensure customer complaints are handled professionally and empathetically.
Compliance & Quality Control
- Follow company policies, scripts, and compliance guidelines.
- Adhere to quality assurance standards and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Ensure calls meet regulatory and company guidelines (e.g., DND lists, call recording policies).
