Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Inbound and Outbound Calls:

Handle inbound calls from customers and provide accurate information regarding products, services, or issues.

Make outbound calls to customers to promote products, services, or to gather feedback and follow up on requests.

Assist customers with their inquiries or complaints, ensuring a professional and courteous interaction.

Customer Support:

Provide support for customer issues, concerns, or inquiries related to products or services offered by the company.

Resolve complaints and issues by providing solutions or escalating complex problems to higher authorities.

Track customer feedback, ensuring that their concerns are addressed in a timely manner.

Product/Service Information:

Explain the features and benefits of the products and services to customers.

Provide accurate and up-to-date information on product prices, availability, promotions, and service terms.

Upsell or cross-sell products and services as per company targets, enhancing customer satisfaction.

Data Entry and Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.

Update databases with customer information, feedback, and any relevant call details.

Ensure all customer information is handled securely and in compliance with company policies.

Sales and Marketing:

If working in a sales or telemarketing role, telecallers may be tasked with generating leads, making sales calls, or conducting market research.

Promote special offers, discounts, and new services to existing or potential customers.

Meet daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets or KPIs set by the employer.

Follow-ups and Reminders:

Make follow-up calls to clients or customers to remind them of payments, appointments, or promotions.

Ensure customers are satisfied with the service and encourage repeat business or loyalty.

Script Adherence:

Follow company-provided scripts for calls, ensuring that all necessary information is conveyed clearly and effectively.

Adapt scripts based on customer responses to maintain a natural flow of conversation and personalize interactions.

Handling Documentation and Reporting:

Document and report any issues, complaints, or feedback that need further action or escalation.

Participate in regular training sessions to improve communication skills and product knowledge.
